Continuous Improvement Approach

Continuous Improvement
Business Improvement

Instill a habit of lean thinking, knowing that a focus on removing time delays in processes is powerful, and often overlooked.

Encourage teams to gather and use process data to reveal what’s going on. Sometimes this may involve a basic live experiment.

Help people become competent team members and leaders. Focus training efforts at the basic yellow belt level of understanding and/or the moderate Green belt skill level.

Challenge supervisors & leaders to invest in the future of the company by methodically using the “kata” method of mentoring employees on continuous improvement and problem solving.
