Meet the Team
In addition to her work with Impact Environmental, Mrs. Zebian is President of Zebian &
Associates, an environmental consulting company.  Rita has created more air permit packages
for printing companies located the Midwest /MidSouth than than any other consultant.


ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
Rita provides any and all environmental documentation or filings required for printing
companies. She focuses on primarily on Air permits, Stormwater permits, & Emission Inventory
filings.


Mrs. Zebian has established herself as the leading environmental consultant for printers in her
region of the country. She has worked for an international ink company , a printer and several
consulting firms. Rita has provided environmental services to additional industries including the
following: surface coating, oil & gas, petroleum refining, chemical manufacturing and electric
power industries. She has BS in Chemistry-Business from the University of Scranton.

Because of the on-going volume of press permits and other environmental filings for printers in
Texas, Rita is able to maintain a strong professional working relationship with the Texas
Commission for Environmental Quality.
