Meet the Team
In addition to her work with Impact Safety, Mrs. Emmerson is President of True Safety and VP of
True Blend Chemicals. She provides safety training and guidance to manufacturing companies.

SAFETY SERVICES
Debbie provides comprehensive safety programs that include training, mock OSHA audits,
written lockout/tagout procedures and customized company safety manuals. Mrs. Emmerson
also co-teaches an OSHA 10 hour certification course and a "safety manager boot camp" class
with Impact Safety.


SAFETY EXPERIENCE
Debbie has been providing contract safety services for customers of the chemical company she
and her husband own for many years. In addition Debbie continues to be a hands-on safety &
environmental manager at her chemical company. Prior to going into the chemical business,  
she was safety & environmental coordinator for Decibel Products. Debbie also has extensive
experience in medical laboratory technical and safety work.


Mrs. Emmerson's strong experiences in safety & environmental management, training and
business management make her uniquely talented in her work. She attended Indiana
University Northwest, majoring in Allied Hearth Sciences and she ia an Authorized OSHA
Outreach Instructor.
