Reminder: OSHA requires you to summarize your safety incident data from the OSHA 300 log
onto the OSHA 300A form at the end of each year and post it. For Example: You will post the 300A
summary form for 2011 by February 2012. We must keep the 300A posted through the end of
April (most companies leave it up all year).
